Jeffrey Trissell Vice President Jeffrey Trissell is a civil litigator in private practice in Rancho Santa Fe, California. The majority of his law practice is in high-profile constitutional law cases and in pre-trial, post-trial, and appellate briefing. The rest of his practice is focused on general civil litigation, including serious personal injury cases, bad faith insurance disputes, and business litigation. Mr. Trissell was the lead brief writer in the case South Bay United Pentecostal Church v. Newsom, 141 S. Ct. 716 (2021), where the Supreme Court struck down California's illegal order closing churches during the COVID-19 pandemic. His articles concerning some of his constitutional law cases have been published in Crisis Magazine, Catholic Answers Magazine, and the Daily Caller. He has severed as President and a Board Member of the St. Thomas More Society of San Diego, an association of Catholic legal professionals. Mr. Trissell is married to his wife Madeleine and they are parishioners at Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcala.
