Jenna Nicole Christakis-Derham Adult Program Manager Mrs. Derham is a caring mother and wife native to Southern Californian. She was raised Catholic and is the third born of her parents’ four daughters. Since youth, Mrs. Derham has been known to be a compassionate and loving soul who enjoys serving others for the greater glory of God.
Mrs. Derham graduated college in 2017 from John Paul the Great Catholic University with a Communications Media Degree in Film Production and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing. She has professional experience in sales and marketing, public speaking, social media, film producing, and client services. Mrs. Derham has six years experience in sales, retail, customer service, and three years experience in accounts payable work, and four years in bookkeeping. She also has six years experience in project management through her time at Children of the Immaculate Heart (CIH) and film producing and other independent projects.
Through working for CIH, since November of 2016, she has gained four years of experience working with victims of human trafficking and sexual abuse. Mrs. Derham started out at CIH as a marketing intern and in 2017 God blessed her with the opportunity to greater serve His apostolate in a management position as Office Manager, which she held for three years. As of September 2020, Mrs. Derham is now the Adult Program Manager. Her years of experience assisting in case management for the adult program, the existing bonds she has with the ladies we serve and their children, and her natural God-given gifts are priceless credentials for this new role in our apostolate.
In addition to her duties as the Adult Program Manager,Mrs. Derham also organizes and arranges donations and food/hygiene drives for the clients, assists in the planning of the apostolate’s fundraising events, and often gives presentations on behalf of CIH to churches and other associations.
